I enjoyed a good stay! the hotel staff were attentive. the breakfast offered a huge variety of options, including delicious local products. the restaurant had very tasteful dishes. The service was polite and friendly.
The sofa in my room had some staining. I found it unappealing to sit on. the furniture felt a bit dated. It could benefit from an update.

stubbornly high temperaturestained curtains
the air conditioning seemed like a suggestion rather than a service. i twiddled with the controls, but the room temperature stayed stubbornly high. plus, i spotted a stain on the curtains, like someone had flung their disappointment at it. it really didn't helped much with the overall ambiance.

the gym equipment looked a bit dated. i'd love to see it updated soon.

the breakfast buffet had a large selection. i found many options i liked. the pool area was very nice. the garden with fruit trees was immaculate. the staff helped me.
the furniture seemed very dated. the sofa in my room had a stain i did not like. this made it unappealing to sit on. the room needed updates.
