Suites include kitchens and separate living and dining areas. Accessible rooms include ADA roll-in showers, grab bars, and visual/audio alerts.

Barlo Kitchen & Cocktails is open for breakfast, brunch, and dinner, serving California cuisine. High Rooftop Lounge is the only rooftop bar in Venice, offering ocean views, cocktails, and DJs.
