mixed feelings
missing remotescuff marks
the tv remote was missing when i arrived. i also found it difficult to get any tv signal, so i couldn't tune it. i noticed some scuff marks on the ceiling above the bed. there were also marks on the window sill next to the bed. (it's details like these that make a difference)

The location was excellent near main attractions. The apartment was very nice and neat. The main bed offered great support. I found good standards of cleanliness everywhere.
There was no way to open the windows for fresh air. The WiFi connection was quite poor which affected TV usage.

the location is very central to nearby facilities. i found the bed comfortable, and extra bedding was available. the shower was great! the night staff sorted an issue with the heating system very quickly.
the apartment was a little dark because there are not many windows.

The apartment had a lovely little kitchen. It included everything i needed. i especially liked the thoughtful extras of coffee, tea, sugar, and milk sachets in the fridge. the comfy double bed ensured a restful sleep!!!

The location was central. Many amenities were easily accessible. the staff kindly looked after my passport after i left it behind, this was much appreciated. communication was easy and clear throughout my stay, i felt supported.
the room's lighting was somewhat dim, a little difficult to see well at night.
