terrible dinner broken air conditioning
The staff were friendly, and the room had a great view.
The buffet dinner was terrible. The air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel, including the restaurants and my room. I found this unacceptable given the price of the stay.

the hotel has direct beach access. the rooms were spacious providing comfort. the pools were enjoyable even when the sea was rough. the restaurants offered a varied menu with traditional and international dishes.

the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. multiple pools are available with ample loungers. beach access is direct. the hotel is undergoing remodeling work.

the staff speaks fluent english and spanish. i waited a long time to check in. the reception desk staff was excellent. poolside bartenders were helpful.

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was cleaned daily. bottled water was replenished. the floors were wet upon arrival. some furniture was old.

comfortable bed helpful staff
The two beds in the beautiful double room partial ocean view were very comfortable and huge! the staff cleaned the room everyday and it had everything i needed. i especially liked gabriel who gave good downtown tips! the breakfast was probably the best part. There was lots of food to choose from.

the breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of foods to choose from, covering many different tastes. the wait staff in the cua breakfast buffet were very kind, helpful, and attentive to the dining area!

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. the staff cleaned it daily, a welcome touch! the check-in staff was friendly. Gabriel gave us tips on local spots. the breakfast selection was amazing, with plenty of choices.

the oceanfront room provided one of the best views. several dining locations showcased the beautiful beach. many options for relaxation were available. the breakfast buffet featured a nice selection of dishes.
