Appetizers include El Rancho Chips and Salsa, Baja Guacamole and Chips, Chorizo Queso Fundito and Chips, Trio of Dips and Chips, Grilled Achiote-Citrus Chicken Quesadilla, Chaco Canyon Chicken Wings, Duke's Loaded Nachos, and Route 66 Chili Cheese Fries.
Leisure Facilities
Hotel El Rancho features an outdoor pool and a gym with aerobic, Nautilus, and free weight equipment. Guests can explore the movie star museum. Red Rock Park, home to the annual Gallup InterTribal Indian Ceremonial each August and a Balloon Festival each December, is nearby.
