the location proved excellent. i found the staff helpful. the pool was a relaxing escape from the busy town.

the underground parking had a daily fee. i think it should be included in the room price, or at least be more affordable for hotel guests. this would.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The inclusive breakfast buffet was really good. I found a wide selection of choices to suit every possible taste. The room cleaning was super clean. It had fresh towels each day. The rooftop swimming pool is a great add-on with massive round couches on the side.

I noticed that the customer service at the front desk needs improvement. It was sometimes difficult to get assistance quickly, particularly during check-out. I would have appreciated more readily available staff during peak hours.

The hotel offers a spa, and I had a good massage. There is also a gym available with treadmills and stationary bikes. Parking is located underneath the hotel, easy to arrange.

the room was nice and big. i liked the rainshower, and the safe was convenient. the tv was large, good.

the customer service was not great. i stood at the front desk to check out and no one acknowledged me. it was strange. we called for ice one night, but nobody answered the phone.
