The Crayon has 26 rooms, each with its own character, designed as luxurious guest rooms in a private house. Rooms feature vintage, second-hand furniture collected in Lyon, Paris, Nice, and Marseille, often customized with new colors. Guests can choose their room's scent with diffuser perfume boxes. The rooms have double-glazed windows and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Available room types include Single (10 square meters with one 140cm bed), Double (13 square meters with a double bed or twin beds), and Junior Suites (23 square meters with a double bed). Some rooms feature mustard-yellow walls and cobalt-blue closets, while others offer gray walls with bright green accents. Rooms 601, 602, 603, and 604 are accessible only by stairs from the 5th floor. Each air-conditioned Parisian-style room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, parquet floors, ironing facilities, a tea/coffee maker, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a dressing area, and soundproofed rooms. The bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

An express breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. Guests can enjoy this express breakfast in the lobby. Breakfast is served in a snug basement with Mondrian-style prints on its stone walls and a floor made up of large squares of gold, gray, rose, and white. The hotel is near Metro stations Louvre Rivoli (line 1), Châtelet or Les Halles (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14), and Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre (lines 1 and 7). The Châtelet-Les Halles station also serves RER lines A, B, and D. Bus lines 48, 29, 67, 74, and 85 serve the district.
