small roomunhelpful staff

the room was quite small, especially considering we had luggage. there wasn't enough space to comfortably open suitcases. also, i found the staff at the reception were not particularly helpful and their english wasn't great. communication was a struggle, and i felt a bit dismissed when i asked for assistance. these issues affected my overall impression negatively.

The location was superb. It allowed convenient walks to the mosque. Staff displayed friendliness and willingness to help. Jumana assisted me greatly. She arranged a Careem ride to the station for me.

The bathroom felt a little tight. Movement during showers felt restricted due to the limited space. The washbasin anchoring seemed incomplete too.

I found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed all my requests. The hotel is very close to Masjid Al Nabawi (it took only 5 minutes to walk). The entire hotel was neat, clean, and smelled lovely.

the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering lots of comfort. the wi-fi was fast and reliable, i tell you!

the first room i was in had noisy plumbing, it was really bright! the smoke alarm light was broken, i noticed. the refrigerator wasn't working, what a nightmare!
