The breakfast offered a diverse and abundant selection. I found something to suit my taste each morning. the location was excellent. I could easily reach most sights on foot from the hotel. the staff demonstrated flexibility when handling my early arrival, which i greatly appreciated.

the room cards malfunctioned one night, around 10:30 pm. i had to call the emergency number provided. i found it quite chilly because the heating was reportedly off due to the end of the winter season, even though the temperature was about 10 degrees.

The check-in process was easy and efficient upon my late arrival. breakfast was a GOOD experience. I appreciate the variety. i found the hotel offered great value for the cost and the location was perfect for WALKING to the city center. the room was clean and WARM.

i noticed the furnishings looked somewhat outdated throughout the hotel.

the staff provided assistance promptly, whenever i needed it. reception tended to be unmanned after 7pm , but i was able to easily access the building with a code. overall , i had a positive experience with the service.
