Coffee Bar, located off the lobby, provides pastries and Lavazza coffee. Executive Chef Michael Sammour has created a specialty a la carte menu featuring traditional Irish dishes with a modern twist. The Pembroke features popular brioche French toast, soaked in Grand Marnier and topped with fresh berries.
