The Pembroke offers contemporary American fare with global influences. Doyle bar serves a cocktail list inspired by the 1950s and 60s and Irish whiskeys. Doyle & Co. Coffee Bar, located off the lobby, provides pastries and Lavazza coffee. Executive Chef Michael Sammour has created a specialty a la carte menu featuring traditional Irish dishes with a modern twist. The Pembroke features popular brioche French toast, soaked in Grand Marnier and topped with fresh berries.

The Dupont Circle provides six event spaces, including the Foxhall Ballroom with crystal chandeliers and a fireplace. The Foxhall Ballroom offers natural sunlight.
