this hotel has a beautiful lobby, and the dining area is also very excellent. the river walk and the alamo are very close. my room had great space, and the bathroom was great too. breakfast and dinner buffets were available, each very good, and i really enjoyed the complimentary alcoholic drink coupon for dinner.
the water pressure in the shower was a little weak, and the temperature fluctuated during showers.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and i felt very welcome. the valet service was quick, and the team offered great recommendations about the downtown area. i was impressed by the level of care and attention.

the room was comfortable and very clean. i liked the bathroom a lot. it was downtown, so it was easy to walk to several attractions. the staff was friendly, too.
i did have to wait a while for valet to bring my car. it made me a bit late for my lunch. next time, i'll call down further in advance.
