I also found a Starbucks right on site!!! This was very convenient. I got my caffeine fix without any hassle.

The shower curtain was slightly wrinkled. It was not a good look.

Jessica Roja welcomed us with a smile and her helpfulness. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We had a quiet corner room, even with hockey and volleyball teams in the hotel.. Great location close to the Sawgrass Mills mall and the Amerant Bank Arena were huge pluses.

The rooms need to be updated. There was no shower curtain for the tub when I checked in. I stopped by the front desk and I told them that I needed a shower curtain and face towels, but it took a while. The rooms were fair but need to be upgraded.

The staff were helpful. Mariana, in particular, showed professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to her work. The location was close to the outlet, providing plenty of dining and shopping choices. The hotel provided delicious Doubletree cookies.

The hotel needs to be cleaner. I found garbage from previous guests in my room. I believe a US$10 fee per package is too much. I had to pay for items, that arrived after I checked in.
