great service beautiful grounds

the staff offered great service! they were so friendly and helpful. breakfast included good variety. it made for a fantastic start to my days. the hotel grounds are beautiful. i especially loved the peaceful quiet there.

Mixed Feelings About the Hotel

The breakfast was acceptable (I especially liked the pastries).

Communication prior to my arrival was not good. I found the staff were not properly trained even though they were friendly. It took a lot of time to sort things out.

The evening meal was lovely, it included a nespresso machine in our well-equipped room. beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. parking felt safe.

the communications prior to arrival felt somewhat inefficient!
