Fruit juices are served in their original bottles, and beverages are kept at temperature using thermal food trays. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the old dining rooms, characterized by vaulted ceilings and stone walls, or under the vine pergola. Homemade options include black bread, onion bread, sweet braided bread, carrot cake, apple pie, and chocolate muffins. A cold fruit extract is available, promoting a healthier breakfast.

Hotel Dolomiti is in the heart of Malcesine, 200 meters from the beach. It is 60 km from Villafranca. The hotel is near the Scaligeri Castle and the cable car to Monte Baldo, 200 meters away. Monte Baldo, accessible via a rotating cable car, offers views and hiking trails. The north coast offers beaches like 'Retelino' and 'Campagnola', with nearby bars and grocery stores. The cycle-pedestrian walk begins at the foot of the castle and passes the Fraglia Vela Yacht Club of Malcesine to Navene. The waterfront path continues for about 10 km to the village of Brenzone.
