a perfect zakynthos escape

The staff's kindness touched my heart, even the little chats at reception. i remember antonios at the rooftop bar. His service. the room's terrace became my sanctuary, where i lingered, watching the town center awaken each day.

The room was a little noisy at times since it faced the square. It was still manageable.

a surprisingly good stay!!!

convenient location rooftop pool friendly staff

i found the location convenient near st mark's square. many restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. the pool on the roof provided a great escape, offering a refreshing swim and a nice view. the staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly and were really good too help.

my room's bathroom had a slight sewer smell that was noticeable at times. it wasn't constant, but it did detract from the overall experience. i wish they addressed this issue quickly.

The location is excellent. It sits very close to the main square, a great spot to start exploring. The staff was very nice. Sophia at reception was very helpful (she provided lots of useful information).

The bathroom was quite small. It was difficult to wash my hair in the shower because of the limited space. The room faced bars, so there was quite a bit of noise at night from music. The noise made it hard to fall asleep.

I enjoyed the hotel's location right on the main square. the staff was helpful and friendly. They provided quick assistance when needed. the rooftop pool was great. The view was great from up there.

the sound insulation in my room was not very effective. i heard noise from the corridors and nearby rooms clearly. this sometimes disrupted my sleep and quiet time.

location good, but problems with the room

small bathroom corridor noise

i was not happy with my room. the bathroom was small and the door looked nasty. plasterboard was not plastered, it was a bad look. also, there seemed to be zero sound proofing, so noise in the corridors was a problem.
