Premium rooms offer queen beds (160x200), with options for connecting rooms with Italian showers. Deluxe rooms, inspired by Raphaël Drouart, offer garden views, queen beds, and bathrooms. The Presidential Suite, themed after George Washington, provides harbor views, a separate living room with a fireplace, and a breakfast table nook. The hotel also offers premier suites and deluxe suites, all with king beds and harbor views.

Guests can visit George's, a restaurant with a terrace offering views of the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. It includes a wine cellar and cocktail bar. The menu features regional products. The Saint-Nicolas tower, the Chaîne tower, and the Lantern tower are the gateway to the Old Port. The SNCF railway station is located in the centre of La Rochelle at approximately 40 minutes from the Hotel de Toiras. The line 3/3E "La Rochelle-Ile de Ré" of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region serves the 10 communes of the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle.
