Dining at Istoria

Istoria's Mr E Restaurant, led by Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, serves modern Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. The cuisine at Mr E features fresh, seasonal ingredients and seafood from the island and the Aegean Sea. The restaurant menu includes tomato-strawberry gazpacho with fish tartare and ouzo espuma, and lobster orzo pasta with basil and lemongrass.
