I found the staff friendly. Roland stood out. They were nice and helpful. The hotel decor is very beautiful. The room always smelled SO good. The atmosphere.

The night shift concierge showed poor customer service. They were impolite when I asked about amenities. A more polite response would improve the experience.

the decor was beautiful the staff were nice and my room always smelled good the atmosphere was beautiful i would stay here again the room was very clean too.

the internet was unusable most of the time i also found outdated hotel menus and misinformation on room service
