Tuscan Flavors Restaurant
The restaurant is in the main building, featuring an open kitchen. Chef Andrea presents a daily menu inspired by local ingredients. The menu might include panzanella, veal sautéed in port wine with roast potatoes, and fruit crumble with homemade ice cream. Lupaia also offers a wine and cocktail bar. Breakfast includes fresh baked bread. Light lunches and homemade gelato are available. Guests meet to enjoy a home-cooked 4-course menu, featuring ingredients from the organic vegetable garden and local markets. Guests can reserve the wine room or a private garden terrace. Dinner is available for non-hotel guests at 8 PM. Chef Andrea prepares parmigiana and gnocchi. A four-course dinner features dishes of Italy. Fresh catch is brought up from the Thyrrenian sea.
