EnoRistrò is the in-house restaurant, presenting agro-food productions from the Città del Tufo region, with seasonal menus that combine flavors and modern interpretations. The breakfast features homemade cakes with local flours, ricotta, pecorino cheese, prosciutto, seasonal fruit, cherry tomatoes, and bread, alongside beverages and juices.
