underwhelming experience

small room inconvenient breakfast

The room was quite small. I was not expecting such limited space. the bathroom felt cramped. It was difficult to move around comfortably. the breakfast required going outside. I found this inconvenient, especially with the weather conditions. the lack of space and inconvenient breakfast location affected my overall experience at the hotel.

The staff was always ready to help. Even my broken french posed no issue. i liked the location. i found i could walk almost everywhere. the breakfast far surpassed my expectations with tasty choices. the room proved comfortable.

the elevator made some annoying sounds, especially when in use late at night.

the location was great, close to the palais des papes! the breakfast had fresh fruit and croissants. there was a kettle in my room, too.

my room was very plain and small. i don't think this is a 4-star hotel. the street was noisy on a saturday night.

excellent location fresh choices attentive staff odd configuration hallway step old decor

the hotel location is excellent for seeing local attractions everything is within walking distance the breakfasts were very good they offered fresh options the staff was helpful too. warm pastries were available in the lobby each day i appreciated the option to leave my baggage before check in. i found the staff attentive and professional when i needed suggestions for dining.

the configuration is a bit odd i encountered steps in the hallways it made moving my suitcase a little difficult. i found i could hear the clock tower late into the night. the room decor felt old.

Really good Central Stay

central location attentive staff clean room

The hotel's location is central. I found it a convenient walk to the train station. The staff provided excellent dining suggestions. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel promptly supplied an iron and ironing board upon request (I appreciated this service). Warm pastries in the lobby were available each day. I appreciated the ability to leave my baggage prior to check-in.
