Dining at Le Radeau
Le Radeau d'Alexis restaurant, established by Alexis Blanc, the founder of the 3 star Hôtel de la Plage, is one of the last remaining Lake Geneva restaurants on stilts. Le Radeau d'Alexis restaurant uses freshwater fish and regional meats, accompanied by fresh produce. Chef Ludovic Caulier completes his range of fresh ingredients with fruit and vegetables from local producers. The restaurant serves à la carte dishes and summer suggestions. The restaurant is open from March to December. Every day in high season from June to September, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm, and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
