mold smell unresolved billing
The room was clean. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection (but I skipped it anyway).
My room smelled like mold. The night front desk service was disappointing, specifically the receptionist did not resolve my billing issue. I sent a message for a review but did not get a response.

Satisfying Seine Stay
clean room towel change underground parking
The hotel offered a clean room and daily towel changes. The staff seemed friendly. I appreciated the peaceful green surroundings. Underground parking WAS available.
The breakfast was expensive with a very limited selection. It was close to non existent, disappointing.

helpful staff fresh bread hotel parking included bath
the reception staff was helpful. the breakfast included croissants and fresh bread. i used the parking next to the hotel for €19 per night, which gave me peace of mind. my room included a bath, and i appreciated that a lot.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood. It felt safe. it's situated right by the seine river, a relaxing view. the area is clean and calm. I enjoyed walking around, and the stroll to the metro was lovely.
