Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the hotel to have a excellent location near the tram station. The room was very clean when I checked in. The breakfast had amazing options, I especially liked the pastries. All staff was kind and ready to help, what I appreciated very much.
I did notice the pool was cold, it make it not great for swimming .

Breakfast included a selection of cheeses and fresh bread every morning, this was very tasty. I also enjoyed the variety of juices offered. The rooftop restaurant provided a great view, I really liked it a lot.

the location proved acceptable because of its proximity to public transport.
the room wasn't cleaned properly when i arrived, the toilets had feces marks. the breakfast selection struck me as basic, and the staff seemed rude. also the room key stopped working all the time, this situation was so unconvenient.

Admirable Hotel in a Great Location

I thought the location was great and quite close to the tram station. The room proved spacious, very clean. the furniture looked new. I liked the wellness and spa area and utilized it . The front desk staff were quite nice and helpful, so they met my requests.
