The hotel is near Cevahir Mall and many historic places. The room cleaners did an excellent job. The hotel staff provided great service and helped with any questions I had. Many staff members spoke English. This facilitated communication and support.
I found that breakfast could have used a wider variety of fresh options, and the area was a little too cold!

The room was safe and also very clean. The bathroom included a hairdryer and a variety of towels. The beds featured plush bedding. They ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious, it featured thoughtful amenities too.

the location did its job, close to everything i needed.
The room itself felt outdated. The furniture looked like it had seen better days. housekeepings job seem subpar, i found some dust bunnies having a party under the bed. also, the bathroom door gave a whole new meaning to 'open concept', it lacked privacy due to a massive gap, not great.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. The gym was fab and i loved the spa and pool area. A swedish massage had excellent value. The hotel has a good location and it is close to local amenities.

My room had a large double bed and soft pillows. It included a modern television with international channels. The air conditioning unit worked very well and quietly kept the room at a steady temperature.
