Fantastic Hotel Near Cevahir Mall!
historic places excellent job great service easy communication
The hotel is near Cevahir Mall and many historic places. The room cleaners did an excellent job. The hotel staff provided great service and helped with any questions I had. Many staff members spoke English. This facilitated communication and support.
I found that breakfast could have used a wider variety of fresh options, and the area was a little too cold!

Breakfast featured a good variety. It included eggs, cheeses, and fresh fruit. The café shop team was friendly. They ensured I had everything I needed for a quick snack. The restaurant offered a diverse menu. The quality of ingredients was notable.

The room was safe and also very clean. The bathroom included a hairdryer and a variety of towels. The beds featured plush bedding. They ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious, it featured thoughtful amenities too.

outdated furniture limited privacy
the location did its job, close to everything i needed.
The room itself felt outdated. The furniture looked like it had seen better days. housekeepings job seem subpar, i found some dust bunnies having a party under the bed. also, the bathroom door gave a whole new meaning to 'open concept', it lacked privacy due to a massive gap, not great.

efficient staff great gym spa area good location
The staff were super friendly and efficient. The gym was fab and i loved the spa and pool area. A swedish massage had excellent value. The hotel has a good location and it is close to local amenities.
The breakfast lacked variety of fresh options.

My room had a large double bed and soft pillows. It included a modern television with international channels. The air conditioning unit worked very well and quietly kept the room at a steady temperature.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills. I noticed there was also a selection of weight machines. The indoor pool included clean changing rooms and towel service is available to all guests.

The breakfast buffet included a wide array of pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant offered a selection of Turkish dishes. The service was attentive and the staff kept everything clean.

The hotel is a short walk from a major shopping center. Public transport links are nearby, made sightseeing simple. I found many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of the hotel.
