great experience at this cozy hotel

smooth check-in polite staff perfect location

the check-in was smooth and fast. the front desk staff was polite and cute. the room was very clean and well kept. everything inside was in perfect working condition. i found it a comfortable place to stay. it offered great value for money. the location was perfect.

street noise was noticeable at night. it wasn't blocked out completely by the windows. i recommend bringing earplugs for sensitive sleepers. that would improve the stay greatly.

the room lighting was quite dim , a fact i found rather inconvenient when trying to read. also , the promised city view turned out to be mostly of an adjacent building's wall. i suppose i should have lowered my expectations , but the description was rather misleading.

the room, Beautiful double room, was clean and spacious. the location worked great. the staff assisted me with directions and offered suggestions for local attractions. good money exchange rate was also available.

there werent enough shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.

The service was perfect. The staff ensured a comfortable stay with a welcome drink on arrival. The room had beautiful painting and free wifi with good space. The room also had complimentary water bottle and a tea coffee maker.

I found the towels to be dirty. The towels were grey and discolored instead of white.

friendly staff good location fast service

the staff were friendly and gave useful advice they helped me secure beers and wine with ease my friend had recommended this place six years ago and it lived up to expectations i felt safe. the location is close to the metro and market place the cleanliness was very good and they maintained hygiene the room service was fast. the free wifi had a good speed
