the staff was very friendly! the rooms and communal areas were super clean. i had room with a big private balcony overlooking the pool. the bathroom was nice and beds comfy.
the room was really very small. what was especially disappointing was the noise! i could hear everything from the hallway, neighboring rooms, above and below. it was almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.
