wonderful stay!

separate beds friendly staff

i was happy they provided not only a room with separate beds, but they upgraded the one i had booked! the beds felt spacious and comfortable. The staff looked friendly too. i really appreciated the upgrade. It.

during breakfast, i heard we had to set our own table. i was surprised since the service felt poor at times. this could be vastly improved. we loved the area around but the service could be better!

the beds were comfy and the pillows were perfect. our room had a lovely balcony and ample storage space for all our gear (i brought way too much!).

the hotel decor felt a little dated.

The location is central. It allowed easy access to everything. The room was large and the views were good. Leaving luggage after check-out helped us ski on the last day..

Access for cars is almost impossible. Major building works are right in front of the hotel. The hotel took ages to answer the phone when I tried to ask how to get in.
