the staff spoke english, helpful (i do not speak spanish fluently). the hotel was close to metro and bus stops, important for getting around the city. several coffee shops and stores were located near the hotel. the room received daily cleaning.

the walls seemed thin, and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the sound of conversations and water pipes was quite noticeable . sleep quality suffered as a result of this noise, unfortunately.

there are many coffee shops located around the hotel. i saw plenty of small eateries offering local food within a few minutes' walk from the entrance. guests should have no trouble finding options for meals.

my double or twin room was cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring a tidy space. the room size was adequate for a solo traveler, with enough space for luggage. the room seemed sufficiently supplied with basic necessities.

bleach smellthin walls

i was really let down by this stay. the room smelled strongly of bleach the entire time i was there. the entire building seemed like it needed a serious update, you could really see its age. also, the walls were so thin i could hear every conversation from other rooms, i was really hoping for a more peaceful experience.
