Can you explain the presence of stairs in the photos of the building when the description mentions a ground-level layout?

The design of the building includes some steps. For instance, there are 5 steps to access the entrance of unit 4103, and there are 9 internal steps leading to the bedroom. However, once inside, guests can easily walk out to the pool area from the balcony without encountering any steps.
