convenient location clean room really good service helpful concierge
i found the location convenient close to many shops and restaurants i really appreciated the cleanliness of my room plus allan at the concierge provided really good service he was very helpful with my requests and inquiries i also got excellent advice about things to see.
the hotel doesn't have a proper car parking facility.

long wait limited menu
I found a couple of things disappointing. Firstly , the elevators took a very long time. the room service menu was quite limited and did not offer many healthy options , a limited menu was not great after a long day.

i found the staff quite attentive. mr asan was very helpful. he made sure the room was always tidy. i loved the complimentary fruit plate upon arrival. it was a sweet touch.
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated.

helpful staff comfortable rooms ready help amazing concierge
i have stayed here several times. zakariya at the front desk was super helpful and ensured i had a great stay. the housekeeping staff were amazing too and readily helped if i asked for extra water or tea and coffee.. the concierge were also helpful. the rooms are comfortable overall and each stay i had was good.
the valet service was a bit slow sometimes, especially during peak hours, made me wait longer than expected when retrieving my car.
