dirty bathroom broken shower head

the staff were helpful with directions.

The room was not clean. i found hairs in the bathroom and the shower head was broken (this was really frustrating). breakfast felt cheap and uninspired. I wish there were more options.

the staff was very helpful, ESPECIALLY yasin, . yasin helped my mom, who speaks neither english nor turkish. he arranged a taxi for her departure and brought her suitcase to her room. the service made everything stress-free.

The walls are thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

i appreciate the hotel's design, the color scheme matches well with the room decor. the wall texture and wood decorations appear artistic. the colored tile and wood floor splicing shows attention to detail! semih at reception was kind, responsible, and considerate. he provided great service during our brief interactions.

i could hear noises from the corridor and the next room. it sounded as if people were standing next to my bed! this lack of soundproofing made it difficult to rest properly.

shuttle service timely pickup decent bed

the shuttle service worked very well. it included very clear instructions and timely pickups. the staff made coffee in the lobby . this was a nice touch. my room included a decent bed and a bathroom that was simple. it suited my needs for a short layover.

The room i had was on the first floor. I could hear a lot of noise at night. the walls seemed thin.
