The hotel opened in May 2025 and offers queen, king, triple, and family rooms arranged in three cascading levels against a hill. Each room has a private bathroom with free toiletries, a safety deposit box, and large windows overlooking the Monteverde mountains and Santa Elena village. Rooms are compact but include a powerful ceiling fan instead of air conditioning, and earplugs are provided due to occasional motorcycle noise from the road below.
