Coco beach provides casual dining with daily specials, grills, sushi, sashimi, and salads from an open kitchen. Banana halves are available with a choice of 3 scoops of ice cream served with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and grounded peanut brittle. The restaurant features Moorish design, including a central dome with louvered windows and French doors, with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Coco beach is the first true beach restaurant in The Gambia.
Leisure and Spa
The spa at Coco Ocean features design inspiration from Moroccan architecture. The spa includes 13 treatment rooms leading to gardens, a Thalasso pool, a Finnish sauna, and an ice plunge pool. The spa's design includes arched ceilings and domes adorned with jeweled tiles. Guests can experience the traditional Moroccan Hamam. The highly detoxifying clay used is rich in Magnesium, Silica, and Potassium. A Kessa glove is used for cleansing before Rhassoul clay is applied. The experience ends with essential oil application after steam purification. Sun beds are available with towels at the beach and pools.
