The staff impressed me with their friendliness and readiness to assist. The grounds are beautiful. The many palms make it special and keep it clean. Access to the beach is a short walk. It was very convenient. I appreciated the nice dining area. The food was good.

The room was very comfy, and the bed was plush and relaxing, I slept well. I found the bathroom very clean, spacious, and modern, it worked great. The air conditioning was effective.

The front desk was helpful, especially with arranging transportation! Staff members were quick to address requests such as changing cash. The team's caring attitude enhanced my visit. The service was attentive. I appreciated this.

The resort features a well maintained garden. The front desk staff, including Sohel, Seemran, Rosalene, and Bhagyashree, provided Really good service, they were helpful and very cheerful. I found the resort's car service with driver Ikbal very convenient for exploring the area, he was also cooperative. Breakfast offered a diverse selection, so something for everyone.
The room had an slight musty odour, but it dissipated quickly after airing it out.

Staff at the dining area were attentive. They provided prompt and efficient service. The ladies at reception were very supportive, especially when arranging transport to local attractions. Pick-up arrangements from the airport were made at a reasonable price.

The resort is nestled in a coconut tree forest. A SHORT walk through a narrow path leads to the beach in about 4-5 minutes. The ride to GOI airport is quick and doesn't take longer than 15 minutes.

The beautiful room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was quite plush. It included all necessary amenities. The hotel accommodated a request for an additional bed.

The pool IS large and nice, it is surrounded by palm trees. There is a short, private path leading to a lovely beach. The resort has a travel car service available . I found the garden VERY beautiful.

The gardens were beautifully manicured and well tended. it was a verdant tropical space. the rooms were looked super fresh. i found the staff friendly and courteous. I really liked this. in-dining options were fantastic, and some dishes were among the best i've had .
The entrance to reception could use some improvements. The first impression wasn't great when arriving at the car park. the path to the beach could be tidied up. There was some rubbish. i experienced spotty wifi. it didn't work that well.

The hotel offered easy beach access it was well-lit at night. I appreciated alternate routes that avoided muddy puddles after the monsoon. The pool was large and enjoyable it had palm trees over the swimming area.
Check-in staff seemed unsure this affected confidence. Breakfast was mediocre and the restaurant area was still under covers.

The swimming pool was lovely. It provided such a refreshing escape. The staff members were ALWAYS friendly and ready to help. Their smiles.
The walk to the beach was a tad longer than expected.
