Each air-conditioned room and suite includes a mini-refrigerator and a coffee machine. Suites feature private bedrooms, a separate living/dining area, and a mini or full kitchen. Most suites include a washer/dryer, balcony, and whirlpool tub. Some units include lever handles on all doors, a counter-height microwave, a front control stove or range, a roll-in shower, a handheld shower head, grab bars in the shower, grab bars around the toilet, a front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first-floor handicap-accessible access, and Braille signage for room numbers. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a washer/dryer, flat-screen cable TVs, a DVD player, and a balcony. Selected guestrooms offer carpeting, a separate living room, smoke detector, air conditioning, and heating.
