Club Hotel Residence Baiaverde has apartments in terraced houses surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The apartments have either two or three rooms. Gold Two-Room Apartments include a bedroom for two and a living room with a sofa bed. There's also an open kitchen with a gas hob (3 burners), cooking utensils, and a refrigerator with a double-door freezer. Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a patio or balcony with a clothesline and resin table and chairs. Superior Deluxe Sea Suites are located on the first floor and consist of two rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people: bedroom for two people and living room with sofa bed. They have a wonderful side sea view accessible from the balcony.
Dining Options
The property includes a restaurant with an extensive sweet and savory buffet featuring scrambled eggs, sausages, and croissants. The main bar provides coffee, ice cream, drinks, snacks, and ready meals.
Leisure and Entertainment
Guests can use the swimming pool for adults and children, open from May 27 to September 30. The large pine forest contains a shaded playground and table tennis. Stand-up paddleboards and canoes are available on the beach from mid-June to mid-September. An entertainment program is available for children and teenagers every day from 10 AM to 1 PM. The baby dance takes place in the theater area, followed by musical evenings with group dances.

Club Hotel Residence Baiaverde is located 120 meters from the beach of Baiaverde. The property is 70 km from Fertilia and 34 km from the port of Porto Torres. Soft hills alternate with jagged coastlines near the property. The Terme di Casteldoria spa is 10 km away. Stintino and its beaches are also located nearby.
