The hotel features Kitchen & Table, a restaurant concept by Swedish chef Marcus Samuelsson, serving Manhattan-inspired meals made with local Jämtland ingredients. The main menu, 'Urban Garden', offers plant-based dishes with optional animal proteins. A breakfast buffet with healthy and tasty options is available, featuring locally produced and organic ingredients.
