Deluxe Rooms (34 square meters) feature a refrigerator, minibar, and coffee/tea facilities. They include either one queen bed and one single bed with street view or three single beds with pool view and a handicap-ready bathroom. Deluxe Balcony rooms (37 square meters) have a balcony with sitting area overlooking the pool and are furnished with a king bed. Premium Rooms, located on the fourth floor (54 square meters), have a balcony overlooking the Guimaras Strait. These rooms have a bathroom with telephone and rain showers, a digital alarm clock, a safe, a minibar, coffee/tea facilities, and a sofa. Family Rooms are furnished with six single beds and two bathrooms.

Iloilo City is accessible by plane from Manila and Cebu and by fast craft ferries from Bacolod. From Iloilo Airport, the hotel is about 21 kilometers away, a 30-minute drive. From the Iloilo Port, it's 5 minutes by car.
