the cafe was closed on the tuesday, so it was not possible to get a coffee in the morning.

The room size was smaller than I expected It felt quite cramped for a few nights stay. Also the noise from nearby rooms and the hallway was noticeable. I could hear conversations and movement which disrupted my sleep at times. The sound proofing needs improvement to ensure a quieter experience. This affected my overall rest and relaxation.

Our beautifully decorated room was (Beautiful Double Room). It featured luxury towels plus thoughtful tea and coffee provisions. Breakfast was a good experience with a diverse array of cereals, juices, croissants, and expertly cooked options.
The room temperature control required some finesse and I needed help from staff to get it just right. I eventually figured it out.
