generally good experience

convenient location steam room available pool uncomfortable bathroom shower head old towels

the location was convenient. a short walk got me to ski hire. i found a steam room and a pool available for use. there was also a jacuzzi.

The bathroom was not very comfortable. I had higher expectations for the shower. the shower head was not easy to use. i thought the towels could be newer.

The staff provided great service. They were very helpful. the location is excellent, a short walk into the village centre and to the super morzine lift. we found managing ski gear very easy, it made everything run smoothly.

The hot water sometimes ran out after dinner. We adjusted our shower times.

the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept for guest use. plenty of parking spaces were available, a real convenience. a balcony was included with the room, though we did not use it.
