Options range from Classic Queen and Classic King rooms to Deluxe King Suites, Terrace Suites, and a Presidential Suite. The king bedroom includes a living area separated by a gas fireplace, a master bathroom with a double vanity, a deluxe shower, and a stone soaking tub. Terrace Suites have rooftop access with panoramic views, two balconies, and an outdoor firepit. All rooms feature internet, high-quality bandwidth, both wired and wireless; a 47-inch smart TV with DRE system and blue tooth capability; complimentary bottled water and snacks replenished daily; and bathrooms with natural stone vanities. Turndown service is available upon request.

Hotel Chaco offers several dining options. Level 5 Restaurant features a seasonal menu with local ingredients and craft cocktails.
