convenient location friendly staff useful balcony
The location was very convenient. Public transport was just outside. i found the staff to be very friendly. my room (i think it was on a high floor) had a balcony.
the garage had a very steep entrance.

metro station helpful staff
I found the location quite practical, with both a tram station and metro station just nearby (it was really convenient for getting around). the staff were genuinely helpful and polite. Their professionalism.
the elevator was a bit noisy, and my room happened to be located right next to it, so it was slightly disruptive during the night.

Acceptable Stay near Sendlinger Tor
friendly staff great location dated hotel stained carpet
The staff were really friendly and hospitable. One lady at reception was very talented with languages. The location was perfect. It was right next to both a tram station and a metro station. This station had most lines running through it and nearby bus stops. Bars and restaurants were also close.
The hotel was rather dated and could benefit from a makeover. Hallway carpets had stains and seemed drab. The room carpet was also not in great shape. There were zero facilities in the room. I noticed there was no fridge or kettle, unlike other accommodations during my eight-day trip.
