delicious food awesome seaviews helpful staff
My room, a beautiful garden view king, was very clean, it was what i expected. the restaurant offered delicious food and the beach views were awesome. the staff was always helpful. They fulfilled every request promptly.
The hotel had lots of stairs. This made moving around with luggage slightly inconvenient..

The villa was well spaced. and very private. comfy beds, i must say. the bathroom was very modern! the onsite massages from lenny, au, and ae were great. the beach right by the restaurant felt secluded. We loved it.

friendly staff helpful staff amazing staff leaking air conditioner beach sunbeds old sunbeds
The staff really stood out. They were amazing! cimi in housekeeping was super friendly and helpful. mam, pammy, and pia at the bar, along with all the other bar staff, made the holiday special.
The air conditioner in my villa leaked and was never fixed. i was pretty disappointed by this lack of attention after reporting it. the sunbeds on the beach also needed replacing. They looked rather old.

many steps transport options
the layout of the resort is quite a workout , it's definitely not for the faint of heart or those with mobility issues. the steps were a bit much , especially after a big meal. plus , the lack of convenient transportation options made exploring the island a bit of a hassle. i needed to rely on taxis a lot , that added up quickly.

helpful staff clean bungalow solved solution
the staff helped with luggage and were very personable. i had a revamped bungalow and it was very clean. the beach area had rough sand, but water shoes fixed that easily.
breakfast was the same every day.

decent stay, some issues
spacious villa comfortable bed modern bathroom many steps luggage troubles limited shuttle
i liked the spacious villa. it had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was modern. the air conditioning worked very well.
there were many steps to get around the resort. i had trouble with luggage. i requested help at check-out but it was unanswered. the shuttle service to points on the island ran only three times a day.
