The hotel's thermal water comes from a spring at about 80 metres deep and is monitored by the University of Naples. Pools are supplied with thermal water ranging from 30 to 35 degrees, with timed whirlpools and neck waterfalls. There is an indoor pool in the thermal section and an outdoor pool with views of the bay. From the spa, guests can access sun loungers, umbrellas, and a garden with aromatic plants. The thermal water is used for steam baths, therapeutic mud maturation, and inhalations with machines. Traditional thermal cures are available for strengthening the immune system. Mud therapy using clay soaked in thermal water for 6 months is available for autoimmune diseases. The hotel also offers manual massages.
