Really good stay in a beautiful suite

friendly staff complimentary upgrade

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a little surprise when we checked in our room. They offered us a complimentary upgrade on our last night to the honeymoon suite to try the jacuzzi. The food was great value and delicious so i had a try.

The hotel booked all rooms with a hot tub by mistake. I had to stay a night in a normal room which i did not book. The difference in cost between the two rooms was refunded.

My room was very clean and cosy. The bed was really comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day. The decor details throughout the room added a special charm and character.

The staff were very kind and accommodating throughout my stay. They helped arrange taxis and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping team ensured my room was super clean each day.

overbooked room unfamiliar location

The breakfast offered Turkish style options that changed slightly each day. It was acceptable.

I booked a room with a balcony. I didn't get that room. The staff told me they had overbooked all rooms with a balcony by mistake. I had to stay in a regular room. The location was also problematic because many taxi drivers did not seem to know where the place was.
