The staff was helpful. They used whatsapp to handle requests promptly. the breakfast offered so much variety. The buffet was very nice (especially the fresh fruit). i dined at itusmi, the japanese restaurant, and beeves steak restaurant, i found both to be top notch. i also enjoyed the movie night on the boardwalk. It was such a nice surprise with free popcorn!

it was sometimes difficult to get pool towels when the hotel was busy.

the staff was cute and efficient! they swiftly handled my check-in, ensuring a smooth start. my room was spacious and well-equipped, it included a separate toilet and a shower room. i also had a large wardrobe, very useful. the balcony was a perfect spot for enjoying the view.

it was quite difficult to get certain tasks completed. housekeeping often occurred late in the day. the minibar wasn't consistently replenished, nor were pool towels always replaced promptly.

The hotel offers a private beach area which I liked very much. I went there every day because it accommodated many guests without feeling crowded. The breakfast had so much choice (especially the fresh fruit). The WhatsApp messaging service ensured great service throughout my stay.

Soundproofing between rooms and the hallway could be improved (I could hear footsteps).
