amazing beach stay!

helpful staff great variety top notch food nice surprise

The staff was helpful. They used whatsapp to handle requests promptly. the breakfast offered so much variety. The buffet was very nice (especially the fresh fruit). i dined at itusmi, the japanese restaurant, and beeves steak restaurant, i found both to be top notch. i also enjoyed the movie night on the boardwalk. It was such a nice surprise with free popcorn!

it was sometimes difficult to get pool towels when the hotel was busy.

the infinity pool design is beautiful and it includes adjacent lounging beds. there are many plush sunbeds available along the waterfront. the hotel offers watersports activities, including catamaran rides.

the hotel is located directly on the beach, perfect for seaside relaxation. walking along the promenade to explore the bay is easy. it is about a 15-minute walk to other restaurants and bars (the walk feels safe).

The hotel offers a private beach area which I liked very much. I went there every day because it accommodated many guests without feeling crowded. The breakfast had so much choice (especially the fresh fruit). The WhatsApp messaging service ensured great service throughout my stay.

Soundproofing between rooms and the hallway could be improved (I could hear footsteps).
