The vehicle passageway at the hotel entrance is exclusively for pickup and drop-off for check-in and check-out. The hotel is near a natural reserve of mangroves, home to wild species such as crocodiles, turtles, and birds. Isla del Cangrejo and Isla del Coral are islands that make a landscape for Guayabitos beach. Anyone found smoking in restricted areas or bringing pets will face eviction from the property with no right to reimbursement. Inebriation, yelling, using inappropriate language, and offensive behavior are forbidden within hotel property. Personnel may request that guests lower or turn off the volume.
