My queen room was spacious, offering plenty of room for luggage and movement. The staff provided really helpful information before my arrival, a NICE touch. I found good shower pressure to be quite refreshing, and the beds felt super comfy after a long day.
The television programming selection could be better, I THINK.

parking painridiculous fee
the parking situation was a complete joke. they sent me on a wild goose chase to other locations, navigating a maze of one-way streets. the cherry on top? parking ended up costing me $65 for both nights once i finally secured a spot. what a disaster! expensive parking

The staff was so helpful, gave excellent travel advice, and spoke English fluently. I liked the complimentary beverages in the lobby at any time. I even got my daily newspaper to read. I like that the hotel staff acted upon my request for a room on a high floor.
I wish a simple breakfast was an option at the hotel, like other places in its class. I would like two eggs and a piece of toast to start the day.
