How far is the hotel from the ferry terminal for trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast?

Ferries to the islands of Capri and Ischia depart from Molo Masuccio, which is about 2 kilometers from the hotel. The ferries to the Amalfi Coast leave from the same quay, located approximately 500 meters from the hotel.
Is it possible to check in late if my train arrives at 11pm, and can I leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout?
